Pavese adds new attorney Stephen Dwyer
Pavese Law Firm is pleased to announce the addition of Stephen Dwyer as an associate attorney. Mr. Dwyer will be focusing his practice on Real Estate Law, and Civil Litigation representing clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions. Drawing from over a decade of experience in residential real estate, gained through his family’s business in both New York and Florida, Mr. Dwyer brings invaluable insight and experience to our team. Prior to working at Pavese, Mr. Dwyer worked in insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Dwyer earned his J.D., from Ave Maria School of Law, where he was actively involved in various leadership roles including Senator for the Student Body Administration, Chair for the AMSL Republican National Lawyers Association, and as the Vice President of Internal Competitions of the Moot Court Board. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dwyer obtained his undergraduate degree from Utica College, where he studied Government and Politics. Through college, he gained valuable experience working for a local law firm, a political talk show, and a successful congressional campaign.

Mr. Dwyer is a member of the Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Association.
