Real Estate/Construction/Community Association Law Attorney 

Pavese Law Firm is seeking experienced attorneys for our Fort Myers office to practice primarily in our Community Association and Real Estate departments.  Both areas of the law provide an opportunity for the attorney to make an impact and grow professionally.

      • The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in Community Association, Real Estate or Construction Law.
      • Must be ambitious, high energy and ready to work on the development and operation of Southwest Florida’s premier real estate projects and communities.

Litigation Attorney

Pavese Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney for our Fort Myers office to practice commercial litigation primarily in the fields of real estate, community association, business, land use, and construction law.

      • The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of civil litigation experience in one or more of the fields referenced above, be a highly motivated team player, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Marketing Director

Pavese Law is seeking a Marketing Director as part of our Administration Department.  The overall purpose of the Marketing Director is to support and enable the Firm’s Marketing Team’s efforts through a variety of activities focused on the Firm’s name recognition, client engagement and overall branding.  Additionally, this position provides assistance to our Firm Administrator and performs certain tasks at the Administrator’s direction.  This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Effectively communicate with the Marketing Team and a third-party marketing agency on projects, deadlines and attorney / client deliverables.
  • Review and proofread marketing content such as print advertising, emails, and website to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare annual marketing budget and provide updates monthly.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate, register, organize, attend, setup and transmit feedback for all tradeshows, marketing sponsorships and events.
  • Respond quickly to Firm initiatives.
  • Support social media strategies for the Firm such as preparing and posting articles, press releases, newsletters on the Firm’s website, Google My Business, and various groups.
  • Maintain contacts in Constant Contact.
  • Maintain Firm’s website and attorney bios.
  • Schedule meetings and photo sessions to ensure marketing material is always relevant and accurate.
  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentations for CLE Courses and Seminars.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
