Partner Schwinn to Discuss Legal Issues for Employees vs. Contractors
Christina Harris Schwinn will address the employee versus independent contractor classification issue on May 16 at the Tri-County Conference, which consists of three local chapter affiliates of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); HRMA of SWFL (Lee County), CCSHRM (Charlotte County) and HRCollier (Collier County). More than 200 local human resource professionals will be in attendance.
