Partner, Christina Harris Schwinn Presents on How Reducing Employee Turnover is Good for Business on Nov. 12

Partner, Christina Harris Schwinn will focus on the benefits of reducing employee turnover during the Nov. 12 Building Managers International (BMI)’s Collier County chapter meeting to be held at the Vanderbilt Country Club at 8250 Danbury Blvd. in Naples, Florida. Ms. Schwinn will provide attendees with what they need to know about how effective hiring and employment practices reduce turnover and exposure to employment discrimination and unemployment claims by implementing procedures that document misconduct, promote effective policies relating to conflict in the workplace and termination.

BMI is a networking and educational organization consisting of Community Association Managers and Associate service providers for the community association industry. The BMI Collier County chapter meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Vanderbilt Country Club in Naples.
