Kelsey J. Weisenberger

Associate

Kelsey Weisenberger is an Associate Attorney focusing her practice on Land Use, Zoning, Local Government, Real Estate, and Agricultural and Environmental Law. She joined Pavese Law Firm as a Summer Associate in June 2022.

Prior to working at Pavese, she served as a law clerk at the Thomas More Society in Chicago, a renowned public interest law firm focused on constitutional claims.

Ms. Weisenberger earned her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples and her undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of Chicago.

While in law school, she served as the President of the Ave Maria School of Law Moot Court Board and contributed to the Moot Court Board Journal, The Gavel. She also co-authored the Best Appellate Brief in the state of Florida at the Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition, an annual event at the Florida Bar Convention.

Ms. Weisenberger is a member of the Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Association.
