“Social Media and the Law” Workshop
FGCU Lutgert College of Business will host a “Social Media and the Law” workshop on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The workshop will focus on establishing written policies on social media that address the National Labor Relations Act and anti-discrimination laws, confidentiality, protecting propriety information, and more. Christina Harris Schwinn, a partner with Pavese Law Firm, will be presenting the workshop.
