Montgomery Honored as 2019 Top Lawyer by Naples Illustrated Magazine
Pavese Law Firm is pleased to announce Neale Montgomery was named to the 2019 Top Lawyers List by Naples Illustrated Magazine.
Montgomery concentrates her practice in land use, zoning and local government; environmental and water; and real estate law. She focuses primarily on real estate and environmental issues related to the development of land, including, but not limited to, permitting at the local, state, regional and federal levels.
Montgomery is a Florida Land Use Dispute Resolution Special Master and represents clients in administrative hearings before local and regional entities, and the Division of Administrative Hearings.
