Molina Certified as a Circuit Court Mediator
Partner Eric D. Molina has been certified as a circuit mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida, qualifying him to mediate a variety of cases for which he can be retained or court-appointed, facilitating alternative dispute resolution between parties in civil and commercial cases in the twentieth judicial circuit. Molina joined Pavese Law Firm in 2001, and his primary practice areas include general civil and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, family law, creditors’ rights and collections, and immigration law (family-based residency and naturalization alone).
