Michael concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including assisting property owners, lenders, and developers with commercial and residential development, acquisition, financing, title, and leasing.
Michael’s experience includes representation of a multi-state developer in the development, financing, leasing and sale of over 100 stores and representation of a lending institution in transactions totaling over $30 million in financing. In 2020, Florida Super Lawyers named Michael a “Rising Star” in the field of Real Estate. He is also certified to close United States Small Business Administration (“SBA”) 504 Loans.
Michael graduated from Bishop Verot High School and currently resides in Fort Myers. When not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Leah, and their two children.
Michael serves as Chair of the Lee County Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast and President of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Council. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society.
