Luke L. Kane

Luke L. Kane joined Pavese Law Firm in 2022 where he focuses his practice in civil litigation. Luke represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation and business law matters, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice areas.

After graduating from Florida State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in communications, Luke achieved the distinction of cum laude. During his time in law school, he proved himself to be an exceptional student and dedicated member of the legal community. Luke served as a staff editor for the Florida State University Business Review and held the position of treasurer for the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society. Additionally, he contributed his skills as a teaching assistant for the Florida Juris Master’s Program. Notably, Luke earned a book award in his war class, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence.

Growing up in Southwest Florida, Luke attended St. Francis Xavier and Bishop Verot Catholic School, shaping his values, and providing a strong foundation for his future success. This early experience instilled in him the values of integrity, respect, and dedication, which he carries with him and his professional pursuits.

While Luke is truly passionate about the law, he also believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend Allison. Additionally, Luke finds solace in activities such as playing golf and partaking in regular runs- both of which help to rejuvenate his mind and foster overall well-being.
