Biography

Stephen E. Dalton joined Pavese Law Firm in 1969 and became a partner in the firm in 1974. His practice is concentrated in areas of real estate finance and eminent domain.

Mr. Dalton has practiced eminent domain law for more than 40 years, handling regionally significant cases, including the property that became Daniels Parkway and Regional Southwest Airport. He is a member and past president of the Lee County Bar Association.

He is the co-author of an article for the University of Florida Law Review entitled “Allocation of Property Interest in Air Space.”

In 2007 through 2010, Mr. Dalton was named to the list of Florida Super Lawyers^®, a consumers’ guide that recognizes the top 5 percent of attorneys in each of 31 states as selected by their peers and through the independent study of Law & Politics magazine.
