Neysa Borkert
Neysa J. Borkert joined Pavese Law Firm in 2004. Her primary areas of practice include environmental law, land use, and real estate law. She represents clients in administrative hearings before local government entities to obtain zoning approvals such as variances, special exceptions, re-zonings and conditional use requests. She also represents clients in code enforcement actions.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association and Lee County Land Use Bar Association. Ms. Borkert is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society.
During law school, Ms. Borkert worked as a clerk for the Florida Department of Transportation and assisted in eminent domain proceedings.
