Andrew K. Hoek
Andrew K. Hoek joined the Pavese Law Firm in 2011. Mr. Hoek practices real property law with a focus on land use, environmental law, real estate and real estate related litigation.
A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Andrew attended the University of Florida where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Hoek attended Florida State University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Hoek also holds an LL.M. degree in Land Use and Environmental Law from the University of Florida.
Andrew is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association Environmental and Land Use Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections.
During law school, Andrew was a member of the Land Use and Environmental Law Journal and Real Estate Law Society. He has worked for the Florida Senate, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and The University of Florida Conservation Clinic.
In his free time, Mr. Hoek enjoys playing golf, fishing and watching Gator football.
